NCS Lens Mobile App
This project involved a complete redesign of the NCS Lens mobile application, a remote monitoring platform that provides operators with real-time visibility into car wash performance and chemical management systems. Working closely with the product manager, I helped modernize the user experience by refining information architecture, mapping the app’s directory structure through detailed wireframes, and establishing a more intuitive interface built around current UI/UX best practices.
A key component of the redesign was developing a comprehensive icon library and visual system that improved consistency, usability, and scalability across the platform. The updated experience simplified navigation, enhanced data visibility, and made critical operational insights easier to access and understand.
Connected Carwash 
As part of the Carwash 4.0™ initiative, this advertising campaign positioned NCS Lens within the growing shift toward connected, data-driven operations. The concept used familiar smart-home technology, such as doorbell cameras and other connected devices, to communicate the value of remote visibility and control in a way that was instantly relatable. By drawing parallels between everyday technology and car wash management, the campaign reinforced how NCS Lens delivers real-time intelligence, operational awareness, and peace of mind from virtually anywhere.
